Georgia Tech's Active Directory Pre-Migration Survey Form

This form is for Georgia Tech employees only.
For units interested in joining Active Directory, please complete the following pre-migration survey form. The information submitted will be used by The Office of Information Technology's AD team to initiate conversations with a department's computer support representative. A member from OIT's AD team will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and recommend the next steps towards completing the preparation process for joining Georgia Tech's Active Directory.
